Terms and Conditions – ace444 Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ace444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on ace444. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

The following account rules apply to all registered players:

• One account per person: One account per natural person, household address, shared device, shared IP address and shared payment method. If you share a household with another player, contact support before registering to avoid unintentional multi-account flags.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Never share your login details with anyone else.

A maintenance fee of PKR 200 per month may be applied to inactive accounts after written notice to the registered contact address. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactive period may be closed.

Any attempt to use automated software, bots, scripts or other technology to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to artificial wagering patterns designed to abuse bonus terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

ace444 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers and eligible debit cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your ace444 account balance in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take up to one business hour to confirm, subject to your financial institution's processing times. ace444 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing timeframes are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: 15–30 minutes from approval

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 20,000 in total wagers before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and fish games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

The ace444 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Progression through VIP tiers is based on accumulated play points earned through real-money wagering across the platform's game categories. Points are not awarded on wagering funded purely by bonus funds.

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated request, any withdrawable balance (excluding bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Where closure follows a Terms violation, ace444 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.
